Chukie Edozien aka Lynxxx is the son of former deputy governor of old Bendel State Chief John Edozien. He was born into a family of six, him being the last child and only son on 24 November, 1983.

He attended Corona Primary School Ikoyi, Lagos and King’s College Lagos for his secondary education. He attended University of Hull in the United Kingdom where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics and Marketing.

He got into the music scene in 2009 when he dropped the hit,’’Change your parade’’ produced by Syndik8 in-house producer and partner ‘’IKON’’.

In 2010, he released his debut album,"This is Lynxx" which featured a combination of musical genres including urban hip hop, contemporary RnB and funky house. He refers to this as JOLLOF MUSIK. This is also around the time he became the first Nigerian artist to be endorsed by Pepsi.

In addition to his musical career, Lynxx is an entrepreneur and has established several successful buisnesses which include Syndik8 Denim, A digital recording studio called Red Room Studio, A media company called Happy Teddy Media (HTM) and Syndik8 Films.
