Charles Enebeli popularly called D’Prince was born to Mr Collins Enebeli , founder of Sagitarious Productions and Mrs Patience Enebeli a multinational business tycoon. He is the younger brother of famous music producer Don Jazzy.
Charles Enebeli is 38 years old.
He attended King’s College Lagos, Arch Bishop Micheal Ramsey college and South Bank University UK after which he returned to Nigeria to join his brother’s record label Mo’hits.
With musical influence from legends like Fela and Bob Marley, Charles began to make a fusion of Afrobeat and Afropop in Igbo , English and Pigin English.
In 2005 he was signed to Mo’hits which was then co-owned by his brother Don jazzy. He worked alongside other mo’hits signees to release the album ‘’Curriculum vitae’’ in December 2007.
In 2009 he released the single ’’OMOBA’’ which birthed his nick name Omoba which means ‘’son of a king’’.
After Mo’hits crashed, D’Prince was signed to the new Mavin where he completed his album,’’Frenzy’’ which was released by the label in 2012.
He has released numerous singles under Mavin including "Gucci gang" and "Oga Titus".

He was endorsed by the Telecommunications company MTN in 2011 and the contract was renewed in 2013.
He had a long term relationship with Inorie Fotso from 2011 but recently has been associated with Sharon Oparacho a graduate of Conventry University.
