Lilian Esoro Okafor was born on March 9th, 1985 in Lagos, Nigeria. An indigene of Imo state, Esoro is an actress, an event planner and a hair stylist.

Esoro is the youngest child in a family of seven children. She completed both her primary and secondary school education in Lagos. She began acting at a very tender age, participating in several drama and stage play during her secondary school days. She proceeded to the University of Abuja where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science.
Esoro officially launched her professional movie career in 2006 with the movie 'Extended Family'. Since then, she has featured in a host of soap operas including Clinic Matters, a popular family sitcom where she plays the role of Nurse Abigail. Others include a stage play titled, Ayetu, I voted now, and Strive. She also starred in the 2013 Nigerian direct-to-video thriller film, Secret Room.
Lilian is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Goldie Locks hair salon situated in Abuja the capital city of Nigeria. She is also a young stars ambassador, she is the brand ambassador of Dunes, Abuja and House of Lunnete Ambassador.
On November 1st, 2015, Lilian got married to Ubi Franklin, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of TripleMG. The marriage which produced a son named, Jayden, unfortunately ended just few months into it. Reports pointed to infidelity and physical abuse as reasons their wedding packed. According to Lilian, she always complained about how distanced her husband was.
