Mike Agbolade Adeniyi Ishola Adenuga (known as Paddy Adenuga) was born on June 21st, 1984 in London, England, to Nigerian billionaire and business mogul, Mike Adenuga and Emelia Adenuga from Ijebu Igbo in Ijebu North local government area of Ogun State, Nigeria. He is a businessman, writer and speaker.

Born in England, Paddy soon relocated to Nigeria where he had his primary and secondary education. He attended Corona Primary School, Victoria Island and the Kings College, both in Lagos. He moved to the US at age time and completed his education there, attending Marine Military Academy (MMA) and The Tenney School, both in Texas. At 13, he enrolled into the University of Massachusetts, Boston to study Business Administration. He however, completed his undergraduate at Northeastern University where he graduated at 18 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
Having leaving school, Adenuga Jnr. joined his family's business which was awaiting him. Between 2002 and 2006, he was an employee of the Mike Adenuga Group. He operated as the Group Executive Director of the Group’s telecom division, Globacom. He also worked with the upstream exploration production company called, ConOil Producing.
Paddy left the Mike Adenuga Group in 2006, and moved to London to setup an oil brokering firm with a business partner called Cayne & Cayne. The new firm brokered supplies of refined petroleum product to Nigerian oil firms. He rejoined his family business in 2009 as the co-CEO of GLO & ConOil Producing. Under his leadership, GLO significantly increased its national cell site coverage in Nigeria, Ghana, & Benin Republic, increased its overall revenue, and embraced new technologies to enhance customer experience and service delivery. In 2011, he led ConOil Producing’s $1.3 billion bid for Shell Nigeria’s OML 30 oil block in Nigeria.
Paddy has also been a screenwriter since the age of 15. His latest work is titled, Waterloo, and was published in 2017. It is his fifth.
Despite being rich, Paddy is still single. He was engaged twice in 2010 and 2012, with both not working out. He has stated that it has been difficult to find a girl. "You meet a girl, at first everything is going fine all of a sudden she excellent madness and everythings scatters again," he said.
