WSTC Financial Services Limited, formerly known as Wall Street Trust Company Limited commenced business as a non-bank financial institution in January 1991. The Central Bank of Nigeria licensed it in 1993 to operate as a financial institution when the industry came under regulation. The Securities and Exchange Commission registered it in 1995 as a Broker/Dealer, and as Issuing House and Fund/Portfolio Manager in 2009. It is also a dealing member of The Nigerian Stock Exchange.
