Cifman Institute of Technology and Management was established as a Vocational Enterprise Institution (VEIS) and Innovation Enterprise Institution (IEIS) in Lagos State. The enrollment of its first batch of students was in December 2011. And since then, other batches of students has been enrolled and presently we are taking in new students in January, 2018.

The market for this programmes is the country at larger and Lagos State catchments areas in particular. The management teams are made up of the Rector, Registrar, Bursar, Librarian and HODs etc. while the academic and the training process involves lecturing and teaching, examination, continuous assessment, oral and written evaluation, grading, test, Industrial work experience scheme, practical work and on-the job training etc.
