Dialogue Computer Institute is an idea that started as a lamentation, then a meditation, gradually an active thought, then a challenge to self and eventually a rolled out plan of action. All these happened because every passing day and as day light chases away darkness, it kept getting clearer and watching from close and afar distances, certain actors and actresses shaping the lives and livings of billions of people in their own thoughts, fashion, style, speed and idiosyncrasies . In the processes of doing that one could feel, see and observe some lapses, weakness and short comings to the extent that tickles the hopeful to wake up from sleep and slumber.

The Mission of Dialogue Computer Institute are; 

• To provide education and training of consistently high standards through innovative and versatile programs that are responsive to the current and emerging needs of the entire Nigeria community.
• To ensure that the aim of education is realized not only in the acquisition of new knowledge and skills, but also in the attainment of wisdom and sound judgment indispensable to their proper application.
