Dupsy grew up in UK with her mother and five siblings. At aged nine, Dupsy independently set up a business producing and selling Puzzle magazines with a friend at school making a "tidy profit and graduated as a lawyer from  Oxford University.

Dupsy is Head of Global Innovation at International Airlines Group. She is a former barrister and entrepreneur who is passionate about innovation and technology. She has worked on matters ranging from multi-million pound complex technical disputes to supporting and advising high potential ventures and teams on growth and innovation.

Dupsy previously founded and ran an award-winning HR technology platform called Intern Avenue. She appeared on the hit show BBC Dragons Den in 2012 and became the first ever HR Recruitment Business in the show’s history to successfully pitch and be offered investment. Following the show, she did not take investment from the Dragons but raised substantial funding from a syndicate of investors led by the former Chairman of a FTSE 100 Technology Recruitment Business. The company was later taken over by Bright Network.

In addition to her business activities, Dupsy is a board member and adviser to a global accelerator program, public speaker and a press and on-screen expert. She has spoken at TEDx and numerous conferences. She has also been featured in Telegraph, the Financial Times, features for the BBC and Channel Four. She is also proud to have selected as one of the top 100 influential Black Britons by the Observer as she is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion within leadership and organizations.  

Dupsy is always keen to connect with other professionals in particular relating to topics ranging to scaling up high impact ventures, commercial growth and entrepreneurship.
