Honourable Idu Emeka Godwin Obiajulu (popularly known as Ifemelumma) was born in 1962. He is a Nigerian politician and lawmaker who has served in the Anambra State House of Assembly and in the Federal House of Representatives.

From June 30th 2011 to 2015, Hon. Emeka served as the Deputy Minority Leader at Anambra State House Of Assembly, Awka while representing Onitsha North II Constituency at the State Assembly under the platform of the People's Democratic Party (PDP). In 2015 he was elected to represent Onitsha North/South Federal Constituency at the Federal House of Representatives in Abuja. In June 2015, a Federal High Court in Abuja ordred the Independent National Election Commission (INEC), to withdraw the certificate of return issued to Hon. Idu and to issue a fresh certificate of return to Lynda Chuba-Ikpeazu, after holding that she was wrongly substituted.
