Hon. Ibrahim Dutse Abdullahi was born in 1960. He is an indigene of Dutse Local Government Area of Jigawa State, Nigeria. He is an astute accountant and politician representing Dutse/Kiyawa Constituency at the Federal House of Representatives.?

Hon Abdullahi attended Government Secondary School, Birnin Kudu and graduated in 1978 with the West African Senior Certificate (WASC). He proceeded to Bayero University Kano and graduated in 1982 with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. In 2000 he obtained a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from the Enugu State University of Science & technology (ESUT) Business School.
Hon Abdullahi worked as the treasury manager with Oando Plc from 1983 to 1990. He also worked as the divisional accountant of African Petroleum. As a politician, he served as an Honourable Commisioner in Jigawa State from 2000 to 2007.
In 2015 he was elected under the platform of the All Progressive Congress (APC) to represent Dutse/Kiyawa Federal Constituency at the National Assembly, Abuja. He is interested in youth and women development. He is also a member of the finance committee.
