Hon. Ngoro Christopher Agibe was born in 1961. He is an indigene of Ikom Local Government Area of Cross River State, Nigeria. He is an engineer, businessman and politician currently serving as a member of the Federal House of Representatives where he represents Ikom/Boki Constituency.

Hon. Agibe attended Comprehensive Secondary School in Ikom, Cross River State where he obtained the West African Senior Certificate (WASC) in 1978. He proceeded to the University of Ife in Ile-Ife, Osun State and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering in 1984.
Hon. Agibe was the Commission Officer at NA-Army Engineering from 1986 to 1990. From 2007 to 2012, Hon. Agibe served as the Head of Sustainable Energy at United Cement Company (UNICEM) in Calabar, Cross River State. He was the Head of Project, UNICEM Gas Pipeline Project from 2008 to 2011.
In 2011 Hon. Agibe was elected under the platform of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) to represent Ikom/Boki Constituency at the Federal House of Representatives. He was re-elected in 2015. His legislative interests include power, energy, tourism, finance and health. In 2015, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Calabar.
