Lighthouse Investment Limited began with the incorporation of Tripod Holdings Limited on the 3rd of January 1984 to hold investments and play an active role in driving business growth, primarily through fund raising and investments.

Over the intervening 35+ years, we have (directly and/or through our subsidiary interests) been instrumental in the establishment of well-known companies across multiple industries. Examples include incubating Cornerstone Insurance Plc and being the first investor in SystemSpecs Ltd (the company behind REMITA, which is the e-payment solution driving the Treasury Single Account (TSA) policy of the Federal Government.)

Today, we have offices in Lagos, Abuja, and Kaduna in Nigeria, serving clients nationwide. Our network of influence extends well beyond Nigeria. We have relationships with pan-African institutions such as Shelter Afrique and Afreximbank, and actively expanding our services across Africa.

Through our long journey, we have adapted our organization to provide the best service under wildly changing economic conditions. As at today, our services are delivered through the following individual companies, which have all the  permissions and authorizations from the relevant bodies to serve our customers and partners.

Lighthouse Financial Services Plc is a public limited company, registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and listed on the NASD OTC Securities Exchange, with a focus on providing financial advisory and fund raising services to SMEs through Group registered subsidiaries.

Lighthouse Asset Management Limited, a member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, is licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission to provide, amongst other things, Capital Market services including various aspects of Corporate Finance, Stockbroking, and Financial Advisory services.

Lighthouse Investments Limited is officially licensed as a Finance House by Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), and has been licensed since 1993. It provides various financial services to SMEs including lending, deals discounting and financial consultancy.

Lighthouse Registrars Limited is licensed to carry out all Registrars functions, in accordance with the provisions of the Investment and Securities Act (ISA) 1999, and the Rules and Regulations of Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC).

Associated Properties and Trust Plc is a property development and implementation company that provides professional services across engineering, architecture, construction and project management. Amongst milestones of note, it was one of the first estate development companies in Abuja.
