The Institute has a unique demonstration kitchen for students.

The kitchen is well equipped with industrial cookers, ovens, bimmarines, and deep fryers, work Tables, designed for the purpose of students practical. Fire extinguishers, first aid facilities and fans are installed for safety purpose. The Kitchen can accommodate sizeable number of students at once without being over crowded.
