Risk Control Academy (RCA) is proud to be an accredited security training institution cultivated by our affiliate, Risk Control Services Nig Ltd. The idea of the Academy came about after recognizing the increasing skills gap in the security industry in Nigeria arising from lack of regulation and standards in security training.

With the mission of increasing standards in mind, the Chief Executive of Risk Control Services initiated discussions with the Nigerian Government and promoted the development of a comprehensive curriculum for quality training in the field of security and protection. Thus our Academy was born. The Academy received accreditation from the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) and was established based on international standards in protection-of-assets training.

At RCA, we are determined to train and produce men and women equipped with good education, strong character and integrity; men and women who will be at the fore front of asset protection in the 21st century. We will continue to work with the security industry regulators to raise standards of professionalism and to make security a career choice for the brave and brainy.
