Iretiola Olusola Ayinke (popularly known as Ireti Doyle) was born on May 3rd, 1967 in Akure, Ondo state, Nigeria. She is a Nigerian actress, writer and producer.

The beautiful actress spent her early years in Boston and New York City, both in the United States of America, before moving back to Nigeria to complete her education. After returning to Nigeria, she attended Christ’s School in Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State where she obtained her West African Senior School Certificate. She thereafter, studied at the University of Jos in Plateau State where she graduated with a Diploma in Mass Communication and a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre Arts.
In a career that has spanned two decades in the Nigerian entertainment industry, Doyle's credits cut across stage, television and film and print. For the first ten years, she produced and presented her own show called, Oge with Iretiola. She also anchored other several television shows in Nigeria such as Morning Ride on Silverbird Television and Nimasa This Week on Channels Television.
In 1995, Doyle moved into acting beginning with the television series, Riddles and Hopes. Since then she has featured in several Nollywood movies and television series some of which include Across the Niger, Sitanda, Torn, The Therapist, Fifty, The Arbitration, The Wedding Party (1 and 2), Dinner, Tinsel, For Coloured Girls, and Gidi Up. She always plays the role of a house wife, mother in-law and discipline mother in movies.
In 2016, she starred in the award winning Nollywood movie 'The Wedding Party' alongside with Richad Mofe Damijo (RMD), Banky W, Adesua Etomi and other top Nollywood celebrities. In 2017, she also starred in the part two of the movie.
On television she has created memorable characters on hit shows like Fuji House Of Commotion, Dowry, and Gidi Up. Iretiola currently stars as the enigmatic Sheila Ade-Williams in the MNET television series Tinsel. Her most recent stage credits include The Vagina Monologues, Olorounbi The Musical and Hear Word and The Wives. Described as an 'actor's actor' by her peers, she is renowned for pitch perfect performances.
Outside acting, Doyle is also a creative writer and has several screen plays to her credits. She was the writer of Amaka Igwe’s popular movie “Tempest”. She is an avid social commentator who at different times has written popular columns for City People Magazine, This Day Newspaper and Saturday Vanguard.
Ireti Doyle is currently married to Patrick Doyle and the marriage is blessed with six children including Abimbola Ozofor who wedded in 2014. In 2017, a source close to the celebrity couple hinted that they are no longer living together. The reports reveal that the Tinsel star has since moved into a new apartment located in the Anthony Village area of Lagos state, away from her veteran actor husband and their kids.
