Ozii grew up in the United States where he attended age grade and high schools. He attended the University of Texas at Austin from 2002 to 2007 and received a Bachelor's degree. He also received a dual MBA degree from Temple University in Philly (2012) and Ecole Des Ponts Paritech in Paris (2011).

Ozii has worked in several notable companies including as advisor for CXOs and Senior Executives of top tier publicly traded and privately held companies on how to execute their vision, strategy and goals using highly customized and gamified learning experiences. He conceptualized, developed and facilitated these learning experiences that imparted sales leaders, sales managers, and salespeople with deeper customer insights, robust financial and industry acumen and refined consultative selling skills. He has also consulted on projects across the Americas, Africa, Asia and Europe, and worked with clients such as SAP, Deloitte, Cisco, Google, Oracle, Standard Bank (South Africa), and many others.

He worked at NLN Shop in Austin, Texas as a marketing and sales manager from November 2004 to December 2007. From December 2007 he worked in different capacities for Cbeyond. While at the firm, he was sales associate, sales team head and sales activity manager. He left in November 2009. In December 2009, he started an online media marketing company known as Mediasify, LLC. In September 2012, he joined Oracle as an account manager. After leaving Oracle in April 2014, he joined BTS, a global management consultancy. He worked at BTS as a sales practice consultant until July 2016.

In August 2016, Ozii joined Amazon Web Services (AWS) as an Account manager. At AWS, he helps startups and publicly traded companies attain growth and enhance their customer's experience by connecting them to reliable, scalable, and inexpensive cloud computing services. He is also a public speaker and blogger.
