Elebuwa began acting in 1974. His first movie was a Sanya Dosunmu's celluloid film titled, Dinner with the Devil. He was a prolific actor who featured in over one hundred and thirty movies. He was one of the most recognizable and respected faces in Nollywood and on the African continent as a whole. Some of his movies include; A Prize to Pay, Against my Blood, Royal War, Bent Arrows, City of Kings, Last Dance, Abuja Connection, among others He regularly prayed the role of father, king or chief in his movies.

Enebeli Elebuwa Personal Life

Elebuwa was married to Jennifer Elebuwa. They are blessed with children including; Zaygaz Elebuwa, Koliseyemun Elebuwa, Odiache Elebuwa, and Oyemike Elebuwa. He died on December 4th, 2012 in an Indian hospital following months of battling stroke. He was buried at Victoria Court Cemetery, Ajah, Lagos.
