Hon. Agbedi Frederick Yeitiemone was born in 1960. He is an indigene of Ekeremor Local Government Area of Bayelsa State, Nigeria. He is a lawmaker representing Sagbama/Ekeremor Federal Constituency in the Federal House of Representatives.

Hon. Agbedi Yeitiemone Early Life

Hon. Agbedi began obtained his West African Examinations Certificate (WAEC) in 1982 from Oproza Grammar School in Patani, Delta State. In 1987 he obtained a National Certificate of Education (NCE) in English Studies and History from the College of Education in Warri, Delta State. In 1999, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from the University of Abuja. He also obtained a Master's degree in 2007 from the University of Abuja.

Hon. Agbedi is a former teacher and clerical officer. He also worked as Head of the Universal Primary Accounts and in the Ministry of Education. He worked as a legislative aide to former Senate President, Adulphus Wabara of Abia State. He also worked as a Special Adviser on Political Matters to the Bayelsa State Governor.

In 2015, Hon. Agbedi contested for the Federal House of Representatives to represent Sagbama and Ekeremor Constituency, under the platform of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) and won. He was subsequently sworn in. He has sponsored several bills such as National Board for Technical Education Act (Amendment), National Pyrotechnics Regulatory Commission (Establishment), and Subsidiary Legislation (Monitoring & Control). His legislative interest is to bring about good governance, development and quality living through education. He is a member of the gas resources and education committees.
