Hon. Idagbo Ochiglegor was born on November 10th, 1971. He is an indigene of Bekwarra Local Government Area of Cross River State, Nigeria. He is lawyer, and politician currently representing Bekwarra/Obudu/Obanliku Constituency at the Federal House of Representatives.

Hon. Idagbo obtained the West African Senior Certificate (WASC) at the Federal Government College in Ikot-Ekpene, Cross River State. Thereafter, he proceeded to the University of Calabar, Cross River State where he graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB). He subsequently attended the Nigerian Law School and was called to bar in 1999.
Hon. Legor Idagbo worked at the Federal Ministry of Justice from 1999 to 2000. He served as Chairman of Bekwarra Local Government Council from 2007 to 2012. Thereafter he was appointed Commissioner for Works in Cross River State. He served in that capacity from 2012 to 2014.
In 2013, Hon. Legor obtained a diploma in emerging leadership from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government in Boston, Massachusetts, USA.
In 2015 he was elected under the platform of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) to represent Bekwarra/Obudu/Obanliku Constituency at the Federal House of Representatives, Abuja. He is a member of the Legislative Budget & Research Committee, and Petroleum Resources (Upstream) Committee. His legislative interest is to ensure effective oversight.
In 2018 he served as Executive Committee of The Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) at the National Branch Representative for Nigeria National Branch.
Hon. Idagbo is a Christian. He is married and blessed with three children - two sons and a daughter.
