Hon Henry Ndochukwu Nwawuba was born in 1970. He is an indigene of Mbaitoli Local Government Area of Imo State, Nigeria. He is an entrepreneur and politician representing Mbaitoli/Ikeduru Federal Constituency in the National Assembly.

At the end of his primary and secondary education, Hon Nwawuba attended the University of Jos in Plateau State where he studied Banking and Finance. He graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor's degree.
