Hon. Aisowieren Patrick was born in 1972. He is an indigene of Orhionmwon Local Government Area of Edo State, Nigeria. He is a member of the House of Representatives where he represents Orhionmwon/Uhunmwode Constituency of Edo State.

Hon. Aisowieren obtained a Senior School Certificate from the Eweka Grammar School. He thereafter graduated with a Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) in 1997 from the College of Education in Agbor, Edo State. In 2001 he obtained a Bachelor's degree from the Delta State University.
Hon. Aisowieren began his career as a teacher. In 2003 he was elected a Councillor in Edo State. He served in that capacity until 2007 when he was elected into the Edo State House of Assembly. He served as member of the House twice; 2007-2011 and 2011-2015.
In 2015, Hon. Aisowieren was elected under the platform of the All Progressive Congress (APC) to represent Orhionmwon/Uhunmwode Constituency at the Federal House of Representatives. His legislative interests include; oil & gas, education, and power. He also serves as a member of the Interior Committee.
In February 2017, Hon. Aisowieren, his wife and their three children allegedly escaped from a five-man kidnapping gang along Aruoba Road in Ebo community of Edo State.
