Hon Tijjani Abdulkadir Jobe was born on January 2nd, 1970. He is an indigene of Dawakin-Tofa Local Government Area of Kano State, Nigeria. He is a businessman and politician representing Dawakin-Tofa, Tofa and Rimin Gado Federal Constituency at the National Assembly.

Hon Tijjani attended Government Technical College in Ungogo, Kano State and graduated with a West School Leaving Certificate (WASC) in 1988. He proceeded to Kano State Polytechnic and obtained a diploma in 1991. From 1991 to 2000 he studied building at the University of Jos, Plateau State and obtained a Bachelor's degree.
Prior to joining politics, Hon Tijjani worked as a builder and manager at construction companies. In 2007 he was elected to the green chamber of the National Assembly to represent Dawakin-Tofa, TOfa and Rimin Gado Federal Constituency.
He was re-elected in 2011. During his second term (2011-2015), he served in the following committees; Federal Capital Territory, Constituency Outreach, Information & National Orientation, Ethics & Values, Housing, and Defense. He was also the Vice Chairman at Youth and Social Development Committee.
In 2015 he was re-elected in 2015 and is the Chairman at Sustainable Development Goals Committee. His legislative interest include works, FCT, and water resources. He is a member of the All Progressive Congress (APC).
Hon Tijjani is a devote Muslim. He is married and blessed with children.
