Jos East LGA is found in Plateau state which is domiciled in the North-central geopolitical enclave of Nigeria. The headquarters of the LGA are in the town of Angware with the LGA made up of several towns and villages which include Fobur, Zarrazong, Fursum, Nitseng, Shere, Maigemu, Federe, and Nakwang.
