Maru local government area is domiciled in Zamfara state, North-west Nigeria and has its headquarters in the town of Maru. Maru LGA is made up of several towns and villages which include Yar Galadima, Dansadu, Matankan, Dangulbi, Lingyado,Tungar Baush, Bindin, and Gidan Ardo.
