The Atiba local government area is located in Oyo state, Southwest Nigeria. The headquarters of the LGA is in the town of Ofa Mefa and is made up of towns and villages like Abolupe, Afonja, Alusekere, Gbanta, Ijawaya, Olugbile, Sangolokeke, and Tak. The population of Atiba LGA is estimated at 121,180 inhabitants with the vast majority being members of the Yoruba ethnic division.
