Dutsi local government area is found in Katsina state, Northwest Nigeria and has its headquarters in the town of Dutsi. The LGA comprises of several towns and villages which include Shargalle, Dogon-Hawa, Wagana, and Dutsi. The population of Dutsi LGA is estimated at 138,912 inhabitants with the vast majority of the area’s dwellers being members of the Fulani and Hausa ethnic divisions.
